Neil Porter is a licensed realtor and a real estate investor with both long-term and short-term rental properties in Clay and Duval counties.

He retired after more than 40 years in the field of logistics and is an Army veteran who served in Viet Nam.

Neil and his wife of 47 years have resided in Clay County for over 40 years and enjoy visiting their two children and five grandchildren.
